Biogas Treatment – H2S Removal in Livestock – Case Study

A case study that outlines the harmful effects of hydrogen sulphide, a toxic and corrosive gas produced during the breakdown of organic matter in biogas production. To mitigate these risks, we introduce Sulfiron, an iron-based powder designed to neutralise the gas within anaerobic reactors to protect infrastructure and human health. The case study demonstrates the product's effectiveness, showing that consistent application in livestock digesters can reduce dangerous gas concentrations by more than half within a single month. This study serves as a technical guide to biogas treatment, highlighting an affordable solution for preventing equipment corrosion and environmental pollution.
